All notices from Viñas Zurinaga to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Viñas Zurinaga five (5) days after the date sent.

Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Viñas Zurinaga ships merchandise to locations within the state of California, and the continental United States with the exception of: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Dakota, and Utah. Customers have three shipping options: ground, 2day air or next day.
Viñas Zurinaga stands behind all the wine we sell. We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. We will not ship wine if the forecast includes any extreme weather to attempt to deliver our wines in the best possible condition.
